BingoCustom Shipping Policy

By placing an order with BingoCustom, you acknowledge and agree that production and shipping timeframes are estimates only, shipping conditions may vary by destination and carrier, and the customer’s responsibilities for shipping information, customs charges, and carrier-related claims are governed by this policy.
1. Production and Shipping Time
Because all custom shoes are handmade and made to order, production typically requires 5 to 15 business days. Estimated shipping time after production is completed and the order is ready for dispatch is 3 to 12 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier conditions. Delivery times may also be extended due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, peak shipping periods, or other logistics disruptions. All production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders for the initial outbound shipment only. Free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, reshipping fees, or any other additional charges that may arise after dispatch.
3. Customs Duties and Import Charges
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are also responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements, customs rules, and local regulations applicable in their country or region. Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges may result in delay, return, or non-delivery of the shipment, and any resulting costs or consequences shall be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address and valid contact information when placing an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct and sufficient for successful delivery. Any delays, failed delivery attempts, returned shipments, or additional charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by the customer shall be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Changes and Returned Shipments
If you discover an error in the shipping address after placing your order, you must contact us at support@bingocustom.com within 3 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order is dispatched; however, address changes can only be attempted if the order has not yet been dispatched and cannot be guaranteed once shipment arrangements have begun.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will assist you in arranging reshipment as soon as possible once the returned package is received and the corrected shipping address is confirmed. Any additional reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, any loss or damage occurring in transit must be addressed between the customer and the carrier. If tracking shows an unusual delay, non-delivery, or damage in transit, the customer should contact the carrier promptly and notify BingoCustom at support@bingocustom.com within 3 business days after becoming aware of the issue. BingoCustom will provide reasonable assistance, including tracking details, proof of shipment, or other relevant information, to support the customer’s claim with the carrier. Any investigation, claim review, or compensation decision will be subject to the carrier’s procedures and determination.
