Product and Authenticity

Are the Base Shoes Authentic?

Yes – every custom pair starts with an authentic base shoe. Once the base pair is sourced, BingoCustom applies the design by hand.

Are You Affiliated With Nike or Other Brands?

No. We are an independent custom studio. Unless we clearly say otherwise, BingoCustom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Nike or any other brand.

Will My Pair Look Exactly Like the Photos?

There may be slight differences – and that is completely normal with handmade work. Each pair is made by hand, so small variations can happen from one pair to another. Colors can also look a little different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen settings. We always aim to stay true to the overall design you ordered.

Will the Custom Design Fade, Peel, or Scratch?

We use high-quality materials and make each pair with durability in mind. With normal wear and proper care, the design should stay in good shape. That said, these are still handcrafted, wearable shoes, so friction, scratches, and rough or improper care can affect the finish over time.

Sizing and Custom Requests

How Do I Choose the Right Size?

Please check our size guide before placing your order. Our sizing follows standard Nike sizing. If you are not sure which size to choose, we recommend comparing the measurements with a pair of Nike shoes you already wear comfortably. Since every pair is made to order, it is important to choose your size carefully when ordering.

I Have a Special Custom Request. Can You Make It for Me?

Yes! If you have a special custom request, please email us at support@bingocustom.com before placing your order. We will take a look and let you know whether we can accommodate it.

Pricing and Payments

What Currency Are Prices Displayed In?

All prices and transactions on our website are processed in USD.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept PayPal and major credit or debit cards. The exact payment options you see at checkout may vary a little depending on your country or region.

How Does Buyer Protection Work?

If something seems off with your order, please contact us first at support@bingocustom.com so we can look into it and try to help. If you paid through PayPal or by credit or debit card, any buyer protection, chargeback, or dispute process will follow the terms and policies of that payment provider or card issuer.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Yes. We use secure encryption to help protect your information during checkout, and payments are processed through secure payment providers. BingoCustom does not store your full credit card details on its own servers. For more information, please take a look at our Privacy Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Because every pair is handmade and made to order, production usually takes about 5 to 15 business days. Once your order is ready to go, shipping typically takes another 3 to 12 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and can vary depending on your destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, or other shipping delays.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. We offer international shipping, but some countries, regions, or destinations may not be serviceable because of carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or local delivery conditions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will let you know as soon as possible after your order is placed and arrange a full refund.

Will I Be Charged Import Fees?

Maybe. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other clearance charges required by your destination country are the customer’s responsibility. The exact amount, if any, depends on the customs rules and import regulations where you live.

How Do I Track My Order or Check Its Status?

You can usually track your order from the link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find the tracking information or are not sure about the latest status, just email us at support@bingocustom.com and we will help.

My Tracking Has Not Updated for Several Days. Is This Normal?

Yes, that can be normal. Tracking updates sometimes pause during transit, customs processing, weekends, holidays, or busy shipping periods. If the delay looks unusual or there has not been an update for quite a while, please contact the carrier first, then let us know at support@bingocustom.com so we can help where we can.

Orders and Returns

I Placed an Order but Did Not Receive a Confirmation Email. What Should I Do?

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If it is still not there, email us at support@bingocustom.com and include the name, email address, and any other details you used when placing the order so we can help you locate it.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Because each pair is made just for you, custom shoes are generally final sale, except in the situations covered by our Return and Refund Policy. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like change of mind, personal preference, or size-selection mistakes. If your order arrives damaged, has a material defect, or is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at support@bingocustom.com within the time period listed in our policy to arrange a return and refund.

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at support@bingocustom.com within 1 business days of placing it.
